Design And Implementation Of Auto Metering Tank Information Management System

Metering tanker has a more and more important role in oil highway transportation,which belongs to the national compulsory verification project of measuring instruments.Fushun City institute undertakes metering tank capacity verification task in Fushun City.About 300 metering tankers in Fushun City and some metering tankers in other city are certificated every year.For scientific management of information verification,an automobile tanker verification information management system is developed according to the actual needs of work.The system consists of five modules: user management,measurement instrument management,task list management,verification data management and data statistics analysis.The user management is responsible for the management of the user information,which includes the roles and rights of users.Management of measuring instruments is used in information management for standard calibration and measurement tools.Task management is responsible for creating verification tasks,receiving verification tasks and managing tasks.Inspection data management is responsible for managing original data and certification data.Statistical analysis of data is used for various information query and statistics.The system design is guided by the idea of software engineering development.The data flow diagram,E-R diagram and other related technologies are used.The E-R diagram describes the entities and relationship between entities.Through the verification work analysis,the definition of work flows and business states and driving state change events,the functional modules are determined.This paper describes the output and input each module in detail.It also describes the processing logical for the modules.B/S structure,.Net framework,development language for the C#,Sqlsever2005 are used in developing the system.All the modules of the system were tested,the results achieves the expected requirements.The successful development of auto metering tank management information system improves the management of tanker verification in Fushun city.
