Study On The Propagation Characteristics And Countermeasures Of Internet Rumours Under The Background Of Self-Media

With the advent of the web2.0 era,the Internet has made a profound impact on the politics,economy,culture and society.At the same time,the emerging Internet media which represented by the We-media has further changed our social relations and production and life style,reshaping the journalism and communication industry.Because of the differences of the traditional media,We-media gave the rights of collecting and editing to the audience,everyone is the receiver of information,and also can be the publisher of information at the same time.With the changes of these,there is also the spread of online rumors.The Internet has become the main channel of rumor propagation due to the rapid spread of Internet,wide scope and lax control.The author,from the perspective of the current situation of the development of China’s network,analyze the research results of scholars from home and abroad,and as a basis to investigate and analyses the relevant concepts of Internet rumors,analyze the reasons of network rumors.First the author analyzes the rumors and the receivers through the sociality of Internet rumors,and then discover the formation mechanism of rumors from the news.Second,the propagation characteristics,distribution channels and propagation laws of Internet rumors are expounded.In the end,the author analyze the Internet rumors object,the subject and the laws and regulations,in order to find the effective ways to control the Internet rumors and the countermeasures.The existence of Internet rumors has realistic rationality and legitimacy,which does not mean that people can’t do anything in the face of online rumors.Only by deeply understanding the propagation characteristics and laws of network rumors can we put forward the feasible countermeasures against Internet rumors,so as to effectively curb the spread of online rumors.
