Today,on the Internet,big data and cloud computing environment,science and technology,policy,knowledge,product iterative update faster and faster,enterprise management has already been farewell "savage growth" era,transformation and upgrading to become urgent needs.In addition,more and more new industries are emerging,and many small and medium-sized private enterprises are increasing their competitiveness.Therefore,it is indisputable that enterprises try to retain more and more excellent talents.After all,talent is the capital and motive force to create wealth.However,is always a two-way choice between enterprises and talents,because good people are often have some sort of alternative factors,when an enterprise for its "return" to reach the original expectations,the flow of talent.The flow of talents is bound to cause losses to enterprises,so as to minimize the occurrence of this phenomenon,the role of incentive mechanism should not be underestimated.Cohen media co,LTD as the research object in this paper,the company is a book publishing company,is a part of small and medium-sized private enterprises in our country,is also committed to cultural products output in the enterprise competitive company.Based on the analysis and study on the basis of incentive theory,contact the company actual: first introduce Cohen media co.,LTD.,the general situation and the current incentive mechanism(such as salary,benefits,performance evaluation,corporate training,etc)basic situation;Secondly,combined with their own understanding of the company,with the employee face to face interview form on enterprise incentive mechanism evaluation questionnaire,and the incentive mechanism evaluation results summary analysis,find out the factors which restrict the development of the company employees incentive mechanism and existing problems;Again,combining with the relevant theory of incentives,and the actual situation of the incentive mechanism of Cohen designed the constructive scheme suitable for the company long-term development,to help the company to form relatively perfect human resource management system,fully arouse the enthusiasm of employees,to create more value for the enterprise,the enterprise can stable profit;Finally,this paper proposes the reference value and reference value for the reform of human resource management in other small and medium-sized private enterprises.
