In recent years,the banks actively respond to the national policy of using financial IC card instead of the magnetic stripe card,load multi-industry application function into the card and vigorously promote the financial IC card’s multi-purpose function.Banks actively cooperate with related industries,and load the medical insurance,bus,subway,payment of utilities and other public service function into the card.This has brought great conveniences to the people’s daily consumption.According to the PBOC3.0 protocol of financial IC card,this thesis designs a payment terminal based on financial IC card multi-industry application to meet the micro and quick payment demand of financial IC card in various industries.This thesis researches the pay terminal security control mechanism and selects a proper encryption solution to accelerate the speed of card transaction by comparing the encryption performance;the thesis analyses and researches the key technology of non-contact communication to make the card and terminal communicate stably.The research contents are as follows:1.Based on the analysis of domestic and international financial IC card industry application development situation,this thesis puts forward the overall design of the pay terminal,including hardware design,software design,and security design according to terminal demand analysis and performance indicators.2.This thesis studies the terminal security control mechanism deeply,including the terminal and card transaction information security transmission,terminal and card twoway security authentication,key dispersion.This thesis analyses the new-added SM series encryption algorithm of PBOC3.0 standard,and compares it’s peformance with the international common algorithm to design a best terminal encryption program.3.Aiming at the non-contact payment method of micro-payment of financial IC card,in the terminal hardware design,this thesis analyses design steps of the antenna circuit in detail to meet the convenient requirement in the small payment scenarios.4.In the software design,taking the application of public transportation industry as an example,this thesis elaborates the file format design of IC card loading industry application,and designs the software flow of multi-industry application opening,transaction processing,electronic cash register and transaction file upload in detail.The test results show that pay terminal can meet the demands of multi-industry application payment.And the research result is successfully applied to the public bicycle rental industry,which saves the cost of public rental of public bicycle and promotes the development process of multi-industry application of financial IC card.At the same time,it also can provide reference guide for development and improvement of similar products.
