Twenty-first Century is an era of important changes in the information age.With the rapid development of all kinds of information industry,our life can not be separated from communication.And microwave communication is our most commonly used and most important mode of communication.Because of the acceleration of information technology,the demand for information capacity is also increasing.No matter business,defense,scientific research and so on,people's demand for radio spectrum band is getting higher and higher.Because millimeter wave has a very wide bandwidth,which can carry very rich information resources,and because of its very short wavelength,the millimeter wave related devices are relatively small,and then the size of millimeter wave system can be miniaturized,and it is easy to use in various occasions.Based on the characteristics of people's millimeter wave and the increasing demand for information,millimeter wave has become an important communication resource for various countries to develop research.Millimeter wave transceiver module,as a high frequency front terminal system,is an important part of radar detection system,satellite communication system,intelligent transportation system and other important areas.On the basis of introducing the principle of LFM continuous wave,the W band transceiver system is designed by mixed integrated circuit,and the main components are simulated in detail.Based on the theory of microwave solid state circuit,the overall index of transmitting module and receiving module is put forward in this design.Due to the small volume and poor heat dissipation of W band transceiver module,passive devices and small power consumption chips are designed as far as possible.The whole system is composed of transmitting and receiving link link,transmission link: W band signal is generated by an external Ku band signal to twelve octave,twelve octave is divided into two octave,the first two times on Ku band Ka band signal,then three times on the Ka W band signal.In order to get the W band signal with high harmonic suppression and the specified transmit power,after the four frequency doubling,the filter is connected and the power amplifier is connected after the three frequency doubling.The receiving link is mainly composed of LNA and mixer,W band RF receiver chip after the first low noise amplifier,enter the mixer,local oscillator signal and power into two signalsrespectively into the mixer,and then after the final intermediate frequency amplifieoutput to meet the requirements of the signal gain.The simulation design of key passive components is an important part of the design,due to high frequency,such as Ka band power divider,W band waveguide filter,90~95waveguide microstrip probe in the market is difficult to buy,so in order to save cost and shorten the design time,in the HFSS software of the components were simulation optimization.To link the requirements to.
