Recently, as China's economy takes off, the building and decoration industry have kept an average20%yearly growth, quickly becoming one of the prosperous and promising industries. Not only does it increase its weight in the construction industry, but also plays a increasingly important role in China's economic development and social advances. Although the industry demonstrates great potential for growth, the relatively low trade barrier and high margin have led to the fierce competition from rising rivals in the industry, therefore, the industry's profitability and room for growth has gradually declined.Sichuan HX Building and Decoration has enjoyed the great potential opportunities, but meanwhile encountered the pressure and threats from the external environment. How to efficiently utilize its resources and capabilities to meet the external change and achieve the continual sustainable competitiveness has become an urgent and important problem for company management to tackle.According to writers experience as a senior official in Sichuan HX Building und decoration and related theories and methods learned at EBMA class, the paper, on the ground of in-depth analysis of internal resources and external environment, tentatively suggests the company's development strategy and lists several key measures essential for implementation as well as some problems to be concerned.The paper consists of seven chapters?
