In recent years, China is under great development and become the biggest international trading country in the world due to the widely development of international trade financing. Although banks make every effort to make the trade financing grow big and fast, a consensus has emerged that we should control the possible risks in this process. Bank of S is a historical foreign exchange trading bank which focuses on the development of international trade financing, and I am one of staff in its branch. F Company is an international trading company which trade tire as its main business. Nowadays bank of S provide working capital loans and trade financing to F Company and has become the second biggest partner of F Company from 2010. We focus on the reliable management of risks in the international trade financing by researching F Company.This article is divided into six parts:The first part mainly contains the background, significance, related domestic and overseas theoretical research, and introduces the paper structure, content, research methods and innovation; The second part is theoretical study and mainly defines the concept of trading financing, types and states of financial innovation theory, risk management theory, credit risk metric theory and credit risk management theory; The third part contains basic conditions of F Company and how it control trading financing risks from actual data; The fourth part focus on the analysis of risks in trade financing including export bill purchase, forfaiting, discounting of export of commercial invoice and interbank payment; The fifth part is the establishment of the evaluation system, analysis of indicators from the risk factors and forming a final result; The sixth part is proposing a preventive measures regarding to international trade financing for F Project of Bank of S.
