Risk Assessment And Control Of Urban Rail Transit Projects Under BT Mode

Since the reform and opening, with the rapid development of economy, the urbanization process accelerates, the city population increases greatly, in order to ease the pressure of ground transportation, many cities began to choose the subway. Based on this background, under the BT mode in urban rail transit project to study, analysis and evaluation of the project the participants of the risk, and establish the BT project evaluation system of various risk factors, and to Shijiazhuang Metro Line 3 analysis,draws the conclusion of the general risk. At last, taking the safety risk of construction as an example, the difficulty of controlling link is determined by risk assessment, and the corresponding countermeasures and avoiding measures are given.This paper, from the BT model of the origin, development, definition,characteristics and so on all aspects of the BT mode were specific and systematic introduction, analysis of the BT mode unit owners, investment and construction units,construction units and supervision units of risk, then set up the system of evaluation of BT project risk factors. At the same time, the various risk factors were quantitative analysis, using the system analysis and evaluation of the risk of Shijiazhuang Metro Line 3, and focuses on the construction process of safety risk evaluation and control.The risk analysis and control of the participants in the later BT mode, especially the safety risk control of the construction party, have certain reference value.
