Research On Optimization Of Passenger Transportation Organization Of Urban Rail Transit

Based on the background of the service quality of urban rail passenger transport organization and the research status at home and abroad,this paper elaborates the research contents and methods of this paper.Based on the concept of service quality and related theories,this paper takes the influencing factors of service quality of urban rail passenger transport organization and the evaluation system of urban rail transit service as follows:Analysis tools are used to analyze and study the passenger organization service quality of TJ Metro Line 3.In the specific study of passenger organization service of TJ Metro Line 3,based on a large number of existing literatures,the current situation of passenger flow of TJ Metro Line 3 is analyzed from two aspects:current passenger flow analysis and passenger flow composition analysis.At the same time,the characteristics of passenger flow time distribution,passenger flow characteristics of stations and passenger flow characteristics of transfer stations are summarized.The passenger flow characteristics of line 3 are analyzed.Then the TJ Metro Line 3 passenger organization service is evaluated.By designing the questionnaire,and then issuing and recycling the questionnaire,the reliability and validity of the questionnaire are tested by SPSS statistical software,which proves that the questionnaire used in the questionnaire is scientific and effective.Then,based on the survey data,the overall operation and management level and existing problems of TJ urban rail transit passenger transport organization at this stage are analyzed.Finally,according to the existing problems in the passenger transport organization of TJ Metro Line 3 obtained from the questionnaire,some suggestions are put forward to optimize the passenger transport organization of urban rail transit.In this study,the author takes the passenger transport service of urban rail transit as the main research object,and from the perspective of operation organization optimization,explores ways to improve the quality of passenger transport service of urban rail transit.It provides some reference and reference for establishing the evaluation index system of urban rail transit passenger service quality.In this study.according to the current situation of passenger flow,distribution characteristics and questionnaire survey results of TJ Metro Line 3,combined with relevant experience at home and abroad,the paper puts forward corresponding optimization and improvement suggestions on the structure design of transfer station,distribution of supporting facilities,service level in station and passenger drainage.At the same time,starting from the connection between rail transit and public transport,private cars,taxis and bicycles,the optimization design of the connection of outbound traffic is completed,which provides convenience for passengers to travel.Finally,in view of the possible surge of passenger flow,the paper puts forward suggestions for the optimization and improvement of passenger transport organization and driving organization.However,due to the limitation of the author's academic ability and other factors,there are still some problems in this study,such as imperfect research ideas or perspectives,fewer samples collected by questionnaires,which may lead to deviations from the actual research and insufficient research methods,which need to be constantly improved and supplemented in the future research.
