Under the background of deepening globalization oftrade between countries, Internation capital flows, more frequent and diverse, such as commodities, labor and capital in the international mobility gradually increased, which is also reflected in a country's imports, exports and foreign investment increasing the total amount. Therefore foreign trade and foreign investment has become an important external trade economy manifestations. In the background of the South China Sea "internationalization" and the globalization of trade, in order to better understand our trade relations with Asian countries in the South China Sea, South China Sea countries to try to resolve disputes, This paper analyzes the South China Sea between China and Asian countries,2003-2012bilateral economic and trade relations between the modified and the establishment of Cobb-Douglas production function that CD model, which is mainly in the bilateral trade and economic explanatory variables, GDP is the dependent variable, and the variable data to make a smooth test, co-integration test and build error correction model to study the effects of trade test dependencies with the contribution of the South China Sea countries and found that the development of trade and economic relations of China and South Asian countries (regions) are beneficial to economic growth, especially for the South China Sea countries (regions). At the insistence of "shelving disputes and seeking common development principle, China and the South China Sea countries (regions) should enhance awareness of the economic and trade cooperation, strengthen bilateral exchanges and other mutual investment.In this paper, a total of five parts, the first part of the thesis introduces the background and the object, purpose and significance, research methods, pioneered points and deficiencies that may exist; second part introduces the theory and literature review, first introduced the basic concepts and the associated trade theory, then introduce the relevant literature review and evaluation of the economic and trade relations and economic growth interdependence; The third part analyzes the current situation of China and the South China Sea countries (regions) of economic and trade relations, China introduced the current development and the South China Sea countries (regions), the GDP situation, bilateral trade conditions and trade, investment situation, as well as between China and South China Sea countries (regions) of the bilateral trade dependency, bilateral investment dependencies, and further analysis of the impact of bilateral trade and economic dependence on economic growth; fourth part is the empirical part, by the unit root test, co-integration test and error correction model approach to the study of Chinese and South China Sea countries (regions) of the bilateral trade and economic dependence on the economic contribution; fifth part is the conclusion and policy recommendations, based on test results to draw conclusions and make relevant policy recommendations.
