With the division of specialization, delicacy and globalization as well as increasing proportion of international trade in services both in trade volume and GDP, international trade in services is directly related to the development of a country's economy. Meanwhile, according to Paul. Krugman's new trade theory of external economies (spillover theory), there is external economy outside manufacturers, but companies within the same industry not only mutually cooperate (sharing of information, management experience, technology spillover and other public goods), but compete, during which improved efficiency and management skills within this industry happens, thereby promoting the development of the industry. There are totally thirteen categories of services included in international trade in services according to UNCTAD,which have a direct impact on the level of international service trade in China and competition and cooperation within them affect the scale of these categories as well as development. The dependence on these categories of industries directly or indirectly affects economic growth, which is in line with our "the Twelfth Five Year Plan---adhering to the new path of industrialization with Chinese characteristics must adjust to changes of demand in market, based on new trends in science and technology we'd better perform comparative advantages of industry in global economy, developing modern industrial system of structural optimization, advanced technology, clean safe, high added value, strong ability to absorb employment, especially the development of new strategic industries, and this is why I study this.In addition, not only for the fact that the total international trade in services, international trade in services of exportation, international trade in services of importation are all making up low proportion of GDP, import but there is an imbalance between them, and even most hold fast to "export-oriented" thinking set that the more we export the faster development of international trade in services will be. However, compared with merchandise trade, trade in services is typical of much uniqueness (intangibility, inseparability, heterogeneity, perishability and ownership of non-storage non-transferability of absence ownership) which has decided the degree of effect that import and export of international trade in services have on promoting economic growth. According to the data and information we possess, it emerged that the structure of industries concerning international services trade is acknowledged. Traditional service industry still accounts for a large weight in international import and export trade in services, moreover, since 1980, China's slow development of the emerging international trade in services to some extent has hampered international competitive advantage of China's international trade in services industry. Few researchers and scholars pay much attention to the subject of the relationship between dependence on international trade in services and economic growth. Based on the three indexes of dependence on international trade in services, dependence on international trade in services export and dependence on international trade in services import, by transversal comparison of the degree of international trade in services and analysis of industry structure interdependent through international trade in services, we find that not only dependence on international trade in services is low but the structure of international trade in services is irrational; At the same time, through regression analysis of both dependence on international trade in services, dependence on international services industry and GDP growth rate, conclusions are as follows:First, current dependence on international trade in services, international trade in services export dependence and import dependence are low and there is much room for improvement; Second. China's irrational services industry structure of the lower degree of dependence on international trade in services is one of the factors, especially technology, knowledge of the emerging high value-added services development lags behind:Third, dependence on international trade in services, dependence on international trade in services export and import dependence and GDP growth are positively correlated, that is, the three indicators of dependence on international trade in services higher, faster economic growth; Fourth, international trade in services GDP growth rate of import dependence and the correlation coefficient is greater than the international service trade export dependence degree of correlation with the GDP growth rate, indicating that export dependence and international trade in services than the international trade in services increased dependence on imported role in promoting China's economic growth more significantly, proof of economic growth, international trade in services has a strong role in promoting and then proposed to speed up international trade in services to improve the proportion of GDP in China in order to promote foreign trade and a comprehensive and balanced economic growth.
