In recent years, with the deepening of the idea of supply chain, many enterprises focus on improving the efficiency and reducing cost, but ignoring the disruption risks caused by the complexity of the supply chain system and the uncertainty of the enterprise. Therefore, the supply chain disruption risk becomes the focus of scholars, and it becomes a difficult problem that how to grasp the balance between efficiency and security. In the meantime, the domestic food quality accidents happened frequently, which not only harmed the health of the people and vacillated the society stability, but also brought a very bad influence to the entire food industry. In this paper, the supply chain disruption risk problems of food production enterprises have attracted great attention in industry and academia at home and abroad. As the saying goes, prevention in the first place and integrating prevention with control,which can also apply to the supply chain problem. Therefore, it is very significant that the risk is assessed accurately in the changeable economic environment.In this paper, the food production enterprise was selected as the analytical object, the combination of qualitative and quantitative methods for assessing the risks of supply chain disruptions was taken systematically. First, with the theories of supply chain risk and supply chain disruption risk as the theoretical instruction, this paper had a further study of the characteristics and influencing factors of the disruption risks of food production enterprises in the supply chain. Supply chain disruption risks of the food production enterprises were selected and quantified for evaluation respectively from the logistics, cash flow, information flow three aspects, and the evaluation index system of supply chain disruption risks of food production enterprises was built. Afterwards, according to the theories of support vector machine(SVM) and intelligent optimization theory, this paper proposed a risk assessment model based on SVMSOA, with search optimization algorithm as the parameter optimization of support vector machines(SVM), in order to optimize the support vector machine(SVM) for the risk assessment model of supply chain disruption risks of the food production enterprises. Then, the example was proposed to verify the feasibility of the model. Finally, this paper proposed the control strategies of supply chain disruptions risks for the food production enterprises.To sum up, with the effective evaluation of risks of supply chain disruptions by the model, this paper is helpful for improving the evaluation part of supply chain disruptions in the field of risk. Hence, this paper makes a certain contribution to the theory of supply chain disruptio n risk management. At the same time, the managers of enterprises could make accurate judgme nt and effective coping strategies, and provide the effective decision support for the food industry, to improve the ability to resist risks of enterprises. Furthermore, this paper provides a certain value for the risk management of supply chain disruption in other industries.
