The Mechanism And Simulation For The Knowledge Transfer Of Innovative Enterprises

In this century,a series of scientific and technological revolution prelu de the era of knowledge economy. Knowledge-Based resources are often difficult to imitate by competitor,which makes it constitute the core competitiveness of enterprises. However, due to the knowledge characteristics of non-colloquial?difficult to express, combined with the impact of organizational structure, incentive system, corporate culture, information technology and other obstacles factors,makes knowledge diffusion very difficult.Depending on the innovative enterprises' characteristics,this paper have a deep research on the problem of knowledge dissemination and coordination.Firstly,with a large number of literature research,this paper summarized the characteristics of innovative companies,the connotation of knowledge diffusion,the connotation of knowledge collaboration at home and broad.Secondly,we analyzed the innovative enterprise' internal mechnism of knowledge diffusion,and identified the factors that influence knowledge transfer,including knowledge subject?knowledge object and knowledge situational. On this basis,We integrates cloud computing with knowledge collaboration to propose a collaborative mechanism based on cloud computing. Then,by analyzing the process of tacit knowledge transfer, this article constructs a tacit knowledge transfer model in the innovative organization based on Multi-agent. We uses the Netlogo software to make a simulation analysis of the knowledge transfer behavior. At last, we summarized the conclusion and innovation points of this paper,and point out the limitation of the thesis, and put forward some suggestions for future research.This research enriches the theory of knowledge dissemination and cooperation in innovative enterprises.It provided a good significance for innovative enterprises' knowledge management.
