With the advent of knowledge economic age, Knowledge gradually replaces capital, labor tobe the most important resource. To effectively integrate internal and external knowledge andimprove enterprise knowledge innovation capability is the core management activity of business.The concept of knowledge collaboration is devoloping in this environment, The core idea ofknowledge collaboration is to improve the rapid of knowledge innovation by the collaborationbetween the knowledge subjects. So more and more enterprises begin to adopt relevant measures ofknowledge management in order to promote knowledge collaboration and raise the level ofknowledge stock.As the lack of effective quantitative analysis method to measure the change regarlation ofknowledge stock, Business management of knowledge collaboration is often seem to be some blind,and they cannot effective control the knowledge collaboration process. Therefore, this articleattempts to in-depth analyze the mechanisms of knowledge collaboration between companies andexternal subject, then build a mathematical model to reflect the change trend of knowledge stock onthe basis of systemic evolution of enterprise Knowledge. This research can help companies to moreclearly determine and estimate the changes of knowledge stock and to make more effective decisionto manage the knowledge collaborative activity. Specifically, due to the related research results inthe knowledge collaboration and the knowledge stock, this paper analyes the operation mechanismof the knowledge collaboration between enterprise and external subjects, and introduces Synergeticstheory to analyes the motion regarlation of business knowledge system. And then builds theBusiness Knowledge Stock Growth Conception Model. After the theoretical analysis of theknowledge sotck increase, this paper constructs the mathematical model of business knowledgestock increase under the backgroud of knowledge collaboration. In the modle, not only consideringthe offset of knowledge increase and the knowledge reduce, but also considering the influence fromthe knowledge transformation ablility and the ration of effective knowledge, so the mathematicalmodel can more really reflect the change trend of the knowledge stock in the context of knowledgecollaboration. Furthermore, this paper selects the Knowledge-intensive business services as thebackground to numerically analyes the changes of knowledge stock under the background of theknowledge collabortation between the enterprise and the customer. Furthermore, in the numericalanalysis, this paper does the sensitivity analysis for several important factors of the knowledgecollaboration, at last, this paper put forward the relevant management suggestion according to thesensitivity analysis results. The numerical analysis results show that the mathematics model can be really reflects theenterprise knowledge stock changing trends in the context of knowledge collaboration. Through thesensitivity analysis, this paper argues that knowledge level of the subject itself and knowledgetransfer ability, the compatibility among the subjects and the similarity of knowledge are the keyfactors influencing the operation of the knowledge collaborative. All in all, through the model thispaper built, it helps enterprises to grasp the overall situation of knowledge collaboration operating,to make the good decision for control and adjustment of knowledge collaboration process.
