The market-oriented interest rate reform is an important part of our socialist market economy, and also the inevitable trend of economic and financial development at the present stage. As the deposit interest rate floating range of financial institutions expanded to 1.5 times since May 11,2015, the marketization of interest rates have enjoyed further promotion which is orderly and deep. Since 2012, through the gradual expansion rates range, or even canceling the loan interest rate limit, the central bank has provided the commercial bank with independent pricing, which clearly reflects policy intentions of the central bank that requires commercial banks to enhance the independent pricing ability. But under the interest rate control for a long time in the past, each commercial bank has not really grasp the autonomy pricing, pricing power is still unable to meet the requirement and development of the marketization of interest rate. Based on that the level of pricing power is directly related to bank's daily operations and long-term development, commercial banks shall improve the pricing strategies according to their own pricing shortage, in order to enhance the independent pricing power as soon as possible.In this paper, China Construction Bank is the main research object. By using literature research method, case analysis method and factor analysis method, the paper analyzes the current situation, problems, constraints factor of China Construction Bank on pricing power, on the basis of which the paper put forward the corresponding strategies and suggestions for promoting the pricing ability of China Construction Bank.First of all, this paper introduces the connotation and the process of marketization of interest rates and the price theory. Based on the analysis of factors affecting the pricing power, the paper tries to construct the pricing ability evaluation index system to provide a theoretical basis for the qualitative and quantitative analysis on the pricing power of China Construction Bank; Secondly, Taking the Hunan branch of China Construction Bank as an example, through introducing the general situation of pricing power and comparing it with the domestic and foreign commercial hunks, this paper grasp the status quo on the pricing power of CCB. Thirdly, conducting the empirical analysis on the pricing power of China Construction Bank by using the SPSS statistical software and the factor analysis method, and then evaluating and analyzing the pricing ability of CCB by the results of factor analysis. Finally, based on the achievements of qualitative and quantitative analysis above, the paper puts forward some suggestions aiming at the existing problems of the pricing power of China Construction Bank.In this paper, through qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis, we found that, under the background of interest rate marketization, commercial banks have to enhance the pricing ability which is necessary and possible. China Construction Bank should correctly grasp the status quo of pricing ability and improve the pricing power respectively from flowing four angels, including optimizing the pricing management system, innovating product pricing model, building customer-oriented pricing system and improving risk pricing capability, which is aimed at the shortcomings of pricing mechanism, pricing system and pricing of executive ability.
