As a developing country of socialism,our current top priority is development,which is the first hard target that must be done.Undeniably,with the reform and opening up,we ushered in the outstanding achievements of three decades of glory,and the development of our various undertakings were brought with new vitality and motivation.Our country put forward the theory of market-oriented interest rate reform in 1995 and has achieved great result after experiencing 20 years exploration.China Construction Bank as one of the four major commercial banks in our country is strong in terms of assets,deposits and loans.In such a realistic environment,in order to seize the opportunity to develop a more sophisticated high-quality banking business,it is only necessary to correctly predict the situation faced by the assessment.Secondly,the personality of the product characteristics,which calls for focused attention,is not only the core competence in the competition but also guarantees business to win the first place in the level of industrialization.Again,it is the only way to seek new change via a clear understanding of the domestic market trends,and a boutique features should be created according to their own advantages.All this makes us more clearly aware that banking management and risk forecasting are faced with more dangers and opportunities,and how to find their own development opportunities,has become a topic of great concern in today's society.In order not to recede in the brutal reality,the scientific management should be applied to the bank management and decision-making so that resources in the socialization of large-scale production could achieve optimal allocation.Only through actively seeking opportunities for cooperation,accurate positioning of the user's needs,closely connection between the practice and theory,integration of traditional and modern concepts,can we create a personalized strategic layout and banking and financial products,which ensures the firm invincible in the fierce market competition.This paper will take the interest rate risk under the marketization of the interest rate as the research content,and the China Construction Bank as the research object.First of all,it will show us the present situation of this research home and abroad,and then the back ground and the meaning of this research will be introduced.Furthermore,it will define the relevant concepts of interest rate marketization and the interest rate risk.Through analyzing the process of the marketization,it will make clear the theoretical foundation of the study in terms of the prediction,the measurement and the management method of the interest rate risk.Based on the analysis of the status and the problems existing in the CCB,this paper attempts to find out the reason leading to the interest rate risk and finally put forward some constructive suggestions on how to prevent the bank from suffering from the interest rate risk.Mainly the suggestions proposed are based on the four steps of the interest rate management naming the prediction,identification,measurement and the management of the interest rate risk.Finally,this paper will make a conclusion of the research and predict the trend of this study in the future.
