| As a trust behavior, which is rooted in the life insurance policy, life insurance trust combines the risk guarantee of insurance system and the wealth management of the trust policy. After fulfilling the payment of the insurance contract, life insurance trust can help the beneficiary to solve the problem during the using of insurance funds, in which way to continue and expand the function of insurance. Life insurance trust can significantly solve the lack of assurance of minors'interests that happened in special events. Furthermore, life insurance trust plays useful roles in tax plan, legacy allocation and some related aspects. In UK, United States, Japan and Taiwan, life insurance trust has soundly developed, however, it has not been applied in China mainland area. This paper makes analysis of the strategy about life insurance trust development in China, which will promote the study in life insurance trust area and provide with some new ideas for trust and insurance development.This paper mainly takes life insurance trust as the main topic, making a systemic summary about the basic system in life insurance trust, and focusing on analysis of the relationship between insurance system and trust system, which help to explain the advantages of life insurance trust fundamentally and sufficiently. In addition, this paper makes some discussion about the development and differences of life insurance trust system in the other parts of the world. This paper uses full and accurate data and SWOT analysis as supports to make a practical analysis of applying life insurance trust in both internal and external environment in China. Based on that data analysis, the paper makes specific development suggestion, which has relative foresight. Finally, aiming at the specific environment, this paper makes some attempt about the application of life insurance trust in China based on some references from relative domestic and foreign experience. |
