Private Equity Investment Feasible Report

Private equity investment, as a new financial business, provided a new financing approach for small and medium enterprises. The key of private equity investment is the investment feasibility analysis, therefore, it is important that practical significance should carry out the feasibility analysis of private equity. Using the basic theory of economics, this paper adopts the analysis methods of normative analysis, financial analysis, statistical analysis and so on to carry out in-depth researches. Firstly, from the theoretical level, make comprehensive analysis of the content of the private equity investment, and established a set of feasibility analysis of private equity investment pattern. On this basis, take company A as an example for concrete analysis. And then do a comprehensive study of feasibility analysis on company private equity investment mainly from four aspects, the basic situation of the company, the current development of the industry, the financial status and the investment risk and next calculate the value of company A. Finally, these analysis form the feasibility report.In this paper, based on the methods of economics and management science, we complete private equity investment feasibility analysis. This paper mainly adopts SWOT model for company fundamental analysis; Porter Five Power model for company status analysis. For the company's financial analysis, this article mainly uses the financial ratio analysis; Uses analytic hierarchy process (AHP) to analysis risk; To estimate the value of the company, this article take the free cash flow model and option pricing model with the combination of value.Based on the above analysis and valuation of company A, this paper find that company A is in good operating condition. Its industry development prospects is optimistic and its financial condition is stable. The investment risk involved can be effectively controlled. The expected rate of return of company valuations is competitive. Therefore, company A will became more valuable in the future. In this paper, our private equity investment feasibility analysis not only has certain reference value, but also offer comprehensive reference to small micro enterprises to improve their own development direction.
