In the social production, the development and utilization of resources are affected by a number of factors and constraints. In the eyes of the perspective of economics, economic growth is the premise of sustainable development of resources, at the same time economic growth is dependent on resources. Steady economic growth of society is dependent on the rational and effective utilization of resources. In 2008, Tao Lei introduce renewable resources as the exogenous constraint and introduction of technological progress, set up the endogenous growth model, and describes how to deal with several types of relations about the rational use of renewable resources. On the basis of the above model and so on, the thesis complete some pieces of works as follow:(1) Respectively, under the non-renewable resources?the renewable resources constraint, bring in the technology progress, establish the endogenous growth model which contain capital, resources, technology progress; under renewable resource constraint, improve the model, bring the environmental pollution into the production function, set up the endogenous growth model which consider environmental factor and contain capital and resources; and all use the optimal control theory to solve.(2)Considering the practical problems, non-renewable and renewable resources coexist and compete against each other, the rational development and utilization of resources should be to maximize the profit of both individual development. In the framework of dynamic differential game theory, obtain a equilibrium system on both game competition, use the stability theory of differential equations to solve and analysis, also provide the development trend of resources market.
