According to technology, define the company as breakthrough technology enterprises, innovative technology companies and strategic technology enterprise. Use the value selection model and propensity score matching method to explore these three enterprises how to choose between the independent innovation and technology introduction, and combined with the background of the development of network technology today, find the development of China’s Internet enterprise technology strategy.
