Research On Credit Rating Of Sunward Equipment

Credit is the link of the market economy in which credit rating plays the core part of the operating mechanism. In market economy, it is an inevitable requirement of economic development for objective and effective credit rating of the basic participants-enterprise.In this paper, the study mainly adopt method of case analysis. Based on the credit analysis of Hunan Sunward Intelligent Machinery Co., Ltd. of quantitative and qualitative status, this paper focus on the rating model of external rating agencies to be applied to corporate credit rating. Through the industry analysis and financial analysis, the concrete measures of improving the scientific rationality of enterprise credit rating are explored. It is hoped that this case analysis helps risk managers of rating agency to quantify risk rating, and provides reference to engineering machinery enterprises to complete restructuring and upgrading.Firstly, this paper introduces the background, origin, development and function of credit rating; secondly, this paper expounds the basic method of customer credit rating system of the China Credit Information Service, LTD; thirdly, with the application of credit rating system, the case analysis of Sunward Intelligent Equipment Co. Ltd. dealt with the management factors, financial factors and economic factors from the vertical and horizontal angle of its credit rating. From the vertical perspective, the evaluation of enterprise credit situation gradually stabilized in the fall during past five years, from the lateral view, the evaluation of enterprise has relatively high credit scores in the industry; finally, in the process of the credit rating of the proposals for improvement and summary, this paper pointed out sonme measures to improve its credit score; for the credit rating system described in this article, the study discussed its advantages and disadvantages, and puts forward the optimization recommendations.
