With the advent of the era of knowledge economy, the enterprise knowledge capital, owner of a knowledge workers become the most important driving force of the enterprise to create value. In the power system in terms of the development of construction contracting enterprise in the fierce competition environment, the knowledge staff is the key. Therefore, how to understand the knowledge staff real needs, establish scientific and effective system of knowledge-based employee compensation, thus to arouse their work potential, enhance their innovation power, become the primary problem of corporate managers to consider.In this thesis, based on the theories of compensation management of human resources, using literature research, H company as the main research object, the human resources compensation management problems and countermeasures for research. First according to electric power construction contracting enterprise H company's development strategy, organizational structure, compensation management knowledge staff management current situation of system analysis to the company. Secondly, using the method of questionnaire survey, specialist interview to the company compensation management of the knowledge-type employees, deeply analyze the H company human resources are the main problems of the compensation management system. Again, draw lessons from the domestic and foreign research results, H company salary incentive ideas are put forward. Finally on the basis of analyzing the summary on the reconstruction of the compensation system, introducing broadband compensation mode, the company employees change, corresponding to the broadband pay system.This thesis embarks from the enterprise actual research H company compensation management, aims to solve practical problems in enterprises salary management, build the atmosphere of fair competition, at the same time of electric power construction contracting enterprise salary system reform in our country, provide decision-making reference.
