The Construction Of Integrity Evaluation Information Model For Wuhan Construction Market

The construction industry which is in the period of rapid development has become the pillar industry of the national economy. But there are a mass of behaviors of breaching promises in the construction market. These behaviors seriously affect the healthy development of construction industry in our country. Therefore, strengthening the integrity construction of construction market has become a current social problem that must be solved. At present, the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development has promulgated many official documents and required all localities and departments to strengthen the construction of information system for the effective regulation of the construction market integrity. In addition, the information model which is the basis of information management and database design plays an important role in theory to guide the construction of information system. Therefore, based on the integrity construction of construction market in Wuhan, this article researches the design and construction of the information model systematically, and details the build results of the model.First of all, this paper conducts adequate research to the integrity evaluation of construction market. Then, the current common problems of the integrity evaluation in domestic construction market is analyzed and pointed out on the basis of research. Next, the necessity of information technology application for integrity evaluation is illustrated from two aspects of theory and reality. Therefore,the value of constructing the information model of integrity evaluation is obtained. This paper also analyzed the design concept of the integrity evaluation information model which is based on the theoretical study of the information modeling, and it is conducted that the information model need to be constructed from two aspects of behavior recognition and information acquisition.This paper investigates the bad behavior standards of the national construction market set by the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development and the actual work of the construction administrative department in Wuhan, and uses the constructional analysis method of IDEF0 to construct the model of behavior recognition.The construction process of the model is designed in detail on the basis of the theory. The algorithm of behavior recognition is formulated by the logical analysis and if-else sentence. Therefore, the automatic recognition function of computer for the integrity behaviors of the various enterprises in Wuhan construction market will be realized.This paper analyzes the model of behavior recognition and takes the informatization design of acquisition standards for the supervision information of construction market by the database design theory such as UML. The model of information acquisition will be constructed from two aspects of the supervision processes and their information. Eventually the construction work of the integrity evaluation information model for Wuhan construction market will be completed.
