With the development of Information Technology, great changes have taken place in electronics market. The update of electronic devices such as smart phones, computers, have changed people's way of life dramatically. As customers? requirements become greater, the competitions among enterprises become fiercer. In the era of cyber economy, electronic-related products update quickly, innovative products emerge endlessly, how to survive in such circumstances has been the major concern of many companies. In the process of transformation from industrial age to the new age of the Internet, such as MOTOROLA, DEC, NOKIA and other digital equipment producers gradually decline, and a large number of emerging business boom. If companies want to survive in the mobile Internet economy, they need to develop new ways of thinking and cultivate innovative company culture circumstance. Apple opened a successful way to the mobile Internet era through business model innovation, so it has great practical significance to study on internal logic of Apple Inc.?s business model innovation.In this thesis, the mechanism of the structure of the business model and business model innovation on the basis of greats quantity of literature datum have been summarized. Using the logic of value definition, value creation and transmission value capture to analyze apple's business model innovation from the perspective of strategic orientation, operating system and profitable way. Business model innovation, which is the result of joint action by internal factors and external factors, is the inevitable choice of apple.In terms of innovative approaches, it created apple?s myth through the destructive innovation such as development of "software, hardware, content integration model”, operational processes management, the cost control and so on. Furthermore, the sustaining innovations of post-Jobs era maintain the high speed development. Apple?s financial indicators of Profit ability, operation ability, growth ability and business model elements have been evaluated to verify the effect of innovation with the combination of qualitative and quantitative method. Jobs ?s disruptive innovations make apple's development faster than post-Jobs era?s maintenance innovation development, post-Jobs era?s innovation progress remains to be the test of time, Overall, since Jobs returned to company innovation,Apple?s innovation?s effect remains good. At last, countermeasures and suggestions have been put forward from the aspects of innovation ability and transnational operation for Chinese enterprises.
