Research Of On-site Refined Management Strategy On NBSCT

Port loading and unloading operation scene is the forefront of production in port enterprises,the convergence of productive factors.On-site management level embodies competitiveness of port enterprises comprehensively.The management and overall strength of Ningbo Port Co.,Ltd Beilun Second Container Terminal Branch(hereinafter referred to as NBSCT)have been improved increasingly by its exploration and innovation in past ten years.NBSCT implemented on-site refined management gradually in the first half year of 2014,which exerts a positive influence on management of on-site safety,service quality of cargo,management of facility and sanitation and makes elementary progress.But in general,the management is still extensive and on-site refined management needs to be deepened further.The main purpose of this article is to put forward a feasible on-site refined management system to help the company's development transform from extensive model to intensive one,advance the transformation and upgrading and realize the great and sustainable development guided by the theory of refined management.Researching on NBSCT on-site based on theory of on-site refined management,the article reviews the status of fine management at home and abroad,elaborates the meaning,core contents and management methods of fine management to provide a theoretical basis for the optimization design.According to main aims and features of the article,questionnaire survey,on-site interviews and chart analysis are used.By using the questionnaire survey and on-site interviews to analyze the present situation of on-site refined management of NBSCT,we find that there is a gap between the reality and the target of full realization of fine management,due to the unfulfilled basic management of site and the lack of scientific and effective management.Moreover,aiming at the problems and the weaknesses in the implementation,we put forward some optimizing strategies from seven aspects such as work flow,production safety and visualization management,by improving the refined management system,using scientific methods and other means.Last but not the least,we recommend that some measures should be taken to improve the implementation of on-site refined management,through the system construction,the building of corporate culture and team construction.The article puts forward management framework and security system of on-site refined management with port enterprise characteristic for NBSCT.Moreover,employees' refined management quality is improved and core competitiveness of NBSCT is increased by deepening refined management.In the process of implementing on-site refined management,many aspects still need to be further strengthened and improved.This article gives a thought to help the transformation and upgrading of NBSCT develop new and effective ways and make a reference for port enterprises to transform into refined ones.
