Under the background of global economic integration,especially in China proposed the establishment of "The Belt and Road economic zone policy,domestic and international economic exchanges become more frequent,which brings a sharp increase in the volume of international trade,import and export container volume increases,the characteristics of container ships is large and high speed also makes the operation of Hong Kong bear the enormous pressure.Therefore,in order to adapt to the development of foreign economy,container terminal needs to continue to improve and improve its existing service level and capacity.In recent years,the rapid development of the logistics industry,container terminals as the central link in the exchange of goods between China and foreign countries,the efficiency of the work of the high or low level of logistics and transport of the smooth completion of an important role.The container terminal system is composed of berth,yard,quay eight subsystems,in terminal management,terminal managers pay more attention to the container transport ship docked links,namely parking management system of the terminal,but for the management of container cargo terminal management is lack of enough attention,ignore terminal yard system the.But in the actual operation process,the integrity of the container terminal is composed of loading and unloading,handling and other aspects,so managers can not ignore the operating system of any one part,because the efficiency of any subsystem of the whole system will influence the operation efficiency of.This puts forward higher requirements for the management,because the reduction of the efficiency of any subsystem will make the port terminal expose its disadvantages in the fierce competition environment,and the competitive position is challenged.Richly endowed by nature geographical position makes Yantai become an important hub port of foreign economic relations,especially in the China with Japan and South Korea,and even play an important role in the economic ties with Europe,has become an important traffic hub "Chinese Belt and Road Initiative" in the economic belt.This paper takes Yantai port as the research object,and studies the logistics system of Yantai port container terminal yard.First of all,the space resource container yard to optimize the operation amount and balance of each box area and bay container transport between narrow yard truck driving distance to minimize the empirical analysis to establish the mathematical model,in order to achieve the optimization of container yard space resource,to improve the efficiency.Next to the yard gantry crane and other auxiliary handling resources as the research object to analyze,to model in the process of solving the optimization selection using genetic algorithm,reduce the waiting time of ships,improve the service quality of container port handling machinery and the operation efficiency of resources.Finally come to the conclusion that in the existing management mode of container yard,if we can make full use of resources and improve the utilization rate of handling machinery space resources,can effectively improve the work rate of container yard.To the owners,can reduce the residence time of ships in the port,thereby reducing the costs incurred;of the container terminal,improving the utilization rate of resources,improve their core competitiveness;the optimization results can make the port and ship owners to achieve a win-win results.
