State Holding Listed Companies Of Restricted Stock Incentive Plan Research

State holding listed companies use restricted stock incentive can not only reduce crisis cases, the loss of core staff, can also protect the interests of the incentive object during the economic downturn, finally realizes the enterprise long-term development of strategic objectives.State holding listed companies mainly selected incentives such as stock options and restricted stock, this study analyzes the representative bright dairy restricted stock incentive plan, specific analysis of the incentives. Using the method of literature research and case research process, restricted stock incentive plan of bright dairy related factors and problems are studied.First analyzing the equity incentive and the way the restricted stock incentive theory development, and analyzes the state holding listed companies in the implementation of equity incentive development course and current situation, specific analysis to the case of bright dairy, explores the macro and micro two aspects of the influence factors on the implementation of equity incentive.Our government actively promote the reform of state-owned enterprises, establish and improve the modern enterprise system, perfecting and developing the capital market, but due to its own starting-late economic, has certain disparity with the developed country, still can't give full play to the effect of equity incentive. So on the one hand, from the macro aspect of legal environment, economic environment, give full play to the market in the allocation of resources and decisive role, on the other hand, actively improve the corporate governance structure from the microcosmic, restricted stock incentive plan and scientific design of performance indicators, in order to promote the development of the state holding listed companies.
