Equity incentives are the redistribution of the interests of the company's internal staff.It is for managers to use different methods to hold the company's shares,so that the interests of these managers and the enterprise linked together to form a kind of incentive and restraint mechanism.After our country has carried out the share reform,many companies are willing to try equity incentive plans.Many foreign companies also adopt this approach,but the history of walking through our country is not long.The main reason is that our country began to use this incentive method relatively late.After the very popular stock options in the early days passed a financial crisis,many companies doubted it.At this time,restrictive stocks take this opportunity to enter the company,many companies are concerned about it,and pursue it.Restricted stocks can allow listed companies to improve corporate governance,and they can also play a role in motivating and attracting talent.In terms of investment and company operation and management,our country is very different from the developed countries.Therefore,during the implementation of the restrictive stock incentive plan,new problems will arise from time to time,which will weaken the influence of the plan and will be difficult to meet.The purpose of the previous setting.Therefore,the study of restrictive stock incentives is of great significance to companies in our country that are immature in the capital market and have a less regulated equity incentive system.Companies with high-tech features pay great attention to talent,knowledge,and technology.This feature makes it more suitable for equity incentives than other companies.This article takes Huibopu as the research object,and mainly studies the process and content of implementing the restricted stock incentive plan,and then uses the case analysis method to analyze the relevant results separately from the financial aspect and the market aspect so as to obtain relevant information from it.The revelation provided some experience for other companies to implement a restricted stock incentive plan.The article was written with reference to a number of documents,books,and reports.It is mainly a comprehensive analysis of the restricted stock incentive plan implemented by Huibopu.Firstly,the research background and significance of this paper are introduced.Then some domestic and international literatures are synthesized from the perspectives of equity incentive effectiveness and restricted stock incentives.Then the research ideas and methods of this article are sorted out.The basic architecture of this article.Secondly,it introduces the theoretical overview of restrictive stock incentives and lays a theoretical foundation for the subsequent writing of the dissertation.Thirdly,the general situation of Huibopu was integrated and the financial angle,changes in equity,business strategy,and industry characteristics were introduced.This showed the background of Huibopu's implementation of the restricted stock incentive plan;then it introduced the company's incentives.The main content of the plan is to help readers have a general understanding of the incentive plan.Fourth,the motivation and design analysis of Huibopu's implementation of the plan are mainly introduced.This is to improve the company's incentive mechanism,ensure the company's future development strategy,and promote the company's long-term and stable development needs;this paper from incentive targets,grant ratios,stocks The company's incentive plan was analyzed in terms of unlocking conditions,stock unlocking ratios,and performance evaluation conditions.It was reasonable to state that the company implemented a restricted stock incentive plan.Fifth,it mainly analyzes the effect of the company's implementation of the restricted stock incentive plan,and uses financial analysis to analyze the profitability,solvency,operational capacity,and development capacity of the company before and after the implementation plan.It also explains some changes in the stock price.The incident research method analyzes a short-term market reaction after the company implements the incentive plan,and also makes a certain analysis of changes in corporate governance,innovation capabilities,and talent attraction.Finally,some conclusions were drawn on this incentive plan of Huibopu Company,and some inspirations were put forward from the entire implementation process of the plan in order to provide experience for companies in the same industry to implement the restricted stock incentive plan later.
