G Tire Company Quality System Audit's Improvement Study

In the past ten years, the tire industry driven by rapid growth thanks to the automotive industry, and tire industry is getting more competitive. In the last two years, the world economy continues to slump, the tire market demand is not prosperous, plus the number of countries in the double anti trade friction and other adverse factors, the tire industry is getting more and more competitive. G Tyre Company Ltd. is a wholly foreign owned tire production company. The competition is more intense at the moment, but I found that the product quality of G Company declines. In order to protect good name of G Tyre, effective measures need to be taken to improve current situation.This paper first shows the analysis of customer complaint data of G Tyre Company Ltd., and finds that the G company employees are on the relaxed state of quality control. G Company must strengthen the quality control though effective quality system audits, so as to reduce customer complaints. To do good work must first sharpen his tools. G Company must well solves the existing problems of system audit, and improve the effectiveness of quality system audit. The author analyzes the current problems of the G Company's quality system audit and also designed questionnaire to investigate the internal audit level and regulation certification self audit level of G Company, and get the real status of the self audit level of OEM requirement. Author combines the analysis conclusion of the existing problems of G company quality system audit with questionnaires and diagnostic results together, then draw the conclusion of the root cause of the present existing problems of G company quality system audit. Then, author puts forward three countermeasures to improve the root cause for the above two chapters, and also puts forward the improvement measures from multi angles and multi aspects. Finally, the author puts forward three measures to ensure the smooth work of quality system audit and quality improvement.This paper mainly discusses the significance of quality system audit to quality control, quality management and quality improvement. Quality is the lifeline of the enterprise, and the enterprise must ensure the effectiveness of the quality system audit. Only in this way, enterprises can continuously supply high quality products for customers and achieve the purpose of sustainable development.
