With the development of China's economy, increasing the income level of residents and disposable assets, personal financial demand is increasingly vigorous, provides a huge space for the development of domestic commercial bank financial services. Change with the bank's own business philosophy, especially the middle business of personal financial business has gradually become the focus of the business bank management, personal financial business and personal financial products in more becoming to expand market share and increase core industry profit service one of the banks to attract high-quality high-end customers. As the four major state-owned commercial banks of China Construction Bank, has a good reputation and solid financial strength, has a huge advantage be richly endowed by nature in the development of financial business. But at the same time, we should also see and developed countries compared to the bank, construction bank still has many shortages in developing financial business, such as the concept of financial management is not advanced, financial management organizational structure is not scientific, the comprehensive quality of financial personnel is not high, financial services and insufficient technical support etc. This article unifies the domestic and foreign research review on the personal financial management business, the customer demand investigation and information analysis of personal finance business of the Construction Bank of Xinjiang area, find out the restricting factors of personal finance business of the Construction Bank of Xinjiang area development and the major existing problems, and combining with the external of personal finance business of the Construction Bank of Xinjiang district development environment and the internal condition analysis, summary the Construction Bank of China Xinjiang district development opportunities and challenges faced in the personal financial business, using the SWOT analysis method, the construction of the banking business has carried on the system analysis, put forward the optimization of Construction Bank Xinjiang branch personal financial products marketing strategy suggestions, the ultimate realization of the Construction Bank of China Xinjiang district finance product marketing strategy more perfect.
