As one of the four major state-owned,personal wealth management business of Industrial and Commercial Bank of China(ICBC)is developing rapidly,Xinjiang region as a personal financial business development is relatively weak areas,personal financial products have great room for expansion.This paper focuses on the development status of the personal financial products of Xinjiang Branch of Industrial and Commercial Bank of China,and expounds the problems existing in the personal financial products of Xinjiang Branch of Industrial and Commercial Bank of China and analyzes its causes.This paper analyzes and analyzes the series of cases and data encountered in practical work,and points out that the core of the problem lies in the lack of emphasis on personal financial products from the overall development strategy of ICBC Xinjiang Branch Bank.In addition,the personnel,the lack of high-end talent,the loss of native talent;product,to promote the model behind the purchase channel rigid,lack of after-sales service;service,customer service is not enough professional,high-end services do not do deep,Personal financial products to buy the transaction process is not scientific and human nature;marketing blindly attach importance to new customers to open up and ignore the development of stock customers and so on,are to a large extent restricted the Industrial and Commercial Bank of China Xinjiang branch of personal financial business development.On this basis,this paper carries out the analysis of the development environment of ICBC Xinjiang Branch personal financial products.This paper mainly analyzes the existing competitors,potential substitutes,the threat of new entrants,the bargaining power of suppliers and purchasers of ICBC Xinjiang Branch,and the combination of the current Xinjiang region The demand for personal wealth management products paves the way for the introduction of optimization measures,and then provides a solution to the issues mentioned in Chapter 3 from the dimensions of management,personnel,service,product and marketing.First of all,from the source to pay attention to the development of personal financial products,in the system planning and departmental distribution to make changes.Second,we should pay attention to people,including the importance of training and the introduction of high-end talent and attention ICBC Xinjiang Branch of the original talent training,construction and stability.Third,in the daily operation to have new thinking,one must have an open mind,the spirit of the Internet,innovative spirit;the second is to attach importance to actively promote new technology,new technology equipment in customerdevelopment and maintenance of the application;Third is to seize new product marketing channels,such as We Chat,Internet financial platform,community banks,electronic banking.
