| Construction development of Xinjiang oil field has new requirements for oil field materials supply, especially puts forward higher requirements for warehouse facilities and materials management. This paper aims to solving the material reserves problem of Xinjiang Oil Field Company by researching on warehouse area of Petroleum Supply Corporation. The paper analyzes types, quantity and demand characteristics of production materials demands of Xinjiang oil field company, forecasts demand amount in future. It uses warehouse planning principle, determines warehouses place selection, estimates area of warehouse facilities and makes warehouse operation process. It puts forward optimization plan, completes research on warehouse planning, and gets basic plan.(1)By analyzing oil and gas outputs data of Xinjiang Oil Field Company over the years, to detect the elements affecting volume of material storage and to establish rational regression model for prediction of future development. The final result will be regarded as foundation to confirm the scale of oilfield materials warehouse area.(2)Based on practical conditions, related data are collected and systemized in order to analyze neighboring environment and influence factors. Four types of site-selection schemes are provided on basis of adaptable, coordinating, economical, strategic and sustainable site selection principles. It makes analysis of the advantages and shortcomings of different site-selection schemes and puts forward reasonable siteselection plan in combination with natural factor, economic and environmental factor, and infrastructures etc.(3)Starting from warehousing basic flow in warehouse area such as receiving, warehousing, picking, classifying, loading and shipping, it makes analysis of the special operation flow. Besides, it analyzes and optimizes the inadequacy existing in warehousing activity according to the warehouse layout plan. It has increased flexibility of warehouse operating, saved costs and improved the operation efficiency through selecting rational operation equipment, optimizing warehouse layout, and organizing reasonable work flow. |
