Leisure agriculture is a new industry which combines traditional forms of agriculture and leisure industry; it has a special attraction and market development value. Leisure agriculture can promote economic development in the vast rural areas in Xinjiang, it can help all ethnic groups of farmers get rich, so the development of leisure agriculture has particularly important role to Xinjiang. According to statistics, there are150,000 leisure agriculture parks in our country, and there are 9 million people visited tourist leisure agriculture park in our country, every year, there are 290,000 farmers increase their income thought leisure agriculture. However, leisure agriculture has got much progress in Xinjiang, but there are some problems in practice, main problems are:the operators did not have very clear about the nature of leisure agriculture, ways of management are extensive in practice, and the product of leisure agriculture is relatively simple.Author made a comprehensive analysis of the characteristics of leisure agriculture, studied the theory about the development of leisure agriculture tourist market, took "HL Xinjiang Agricultural Science and Technology Demonstration Park" as a research object t, made a thorough analysis, combined with the actual development of "Xinjiang HL Agricultural Science and Technology Demonstration Garden, " pointing out the shortcomings of the policy of tourist market development, gave a lot of specific strategies about how to improve tourist market development, hope this article can provide a reference role to promote recreational agriculture tourist market opened in XinjiangThe thesis is divided into six parts: The first chapter is the introduction part, in this part, introduced about research background and significance of the article gave a brief tourist market development of leisure agriculture.
