Research On The Cost Management Of China Railway Tunnel Group's Responsibility

In recent years,the competition of construction market is becoming more and more serious, because the working company belongs to labour intensive and technology intensive, the invest is hug, the term is long, construction product is huge and what is worse, the cost management has some shortcomings in practical use, so we need to use responsible cost management in working companies. The topic is about the cost beneficial to the improvement of responsible cost manaagement.This dissertation adopts the method of literature study,empirical analysis, mathematical statistics and case combination, the responsibility cost management of construction enterprises as the subject, mainly discusses the important status and the implementation of responsibility cost management in China Railway Tunnel Group of a limited company, the responsibility cost management is an effective cost management system,implementation responsibility cost management is a systematic project conclusion.
