Research On Operation Cost Management And Control Of State - Owned Construction Enterprises

In the real estate industry, construction enterprise provides the ultimate service products for the whole industry---real estate. Therefore, the project management, quality control and management and cost control and management of construction enterprises will directly influence the price and quality of real estate. Consequently, the operation management of the construction enterprises will not only influence the profit of each participant in the whole real estate industry, but also people’s life and property safety. Hence, the centralized study of management of construction enterprise is of important practical application meaning.Generally speaking, the current construction enterprises are confronted with fierce market competition. The profit space is being squeezed by the upstream and downstream enterprises. Besides, there is also the invasion of continuously increasing material price, human resources and capital cost, etc. Therefore, its living environment and development space is becoming worse, especially the large state-owned construction enterprises. They are influenced not only by the environment, but also by the original system which makes the problem even more complicated.Firstly, the paper analyzes the problems and reasons of the project operation and cos t control of the construction enterprise. Secondly, it strategically analyzes the method of project management and cost control. Finally, from the tactical point of view, it summariz es the actual methods for project management and cost control in different phases and fro m multiple aspects, explicitly and implicitly.This paper takes the state-owned construction enterprises as the object, studies the p roject management and cost control problem of those enterprises and provides correspon dent theoretical and practical reference value for the management of other related enterpr lses.
