Anhui Rural Financial Development Research On The Influence Of Urban And Rural Residents Income Gap

Since the reform and opening-up, our people's living standard has been greatly improved with the rapid growth of Anhui's economy. Anhui's overall financial level has also made considerable progress, accompanied by the rapid development of rural finance, Per capita net income of rural households in 1981 from 246.5 yuan, up to 8097.86 in 2013yuan,increased by 32.85 times.But the per capita net income of rural residents in anhui province growing much faster than urban residents per capita disposable income growth.but the income gap between urban and rural issues are also increasingly prominent. In anhui province is an agricultural big province,studies the relationship between rural financial development and urban-rural income gap is about the theory of regional rural financial a meaningful attempt,but also be able to better solve the problem of agriculture,rufal areas and farmers in anhui province to provide policy guidance and theoretical basis,and thus we will deepen reform of the rural financial system and better to narrow the income gap between urban and rural areas.The development of rural finance is an important factor affecting the income gap between urban and rural areas. This paper based on the perspective of financial development, the relationship of Anhui rural finance and the income gap between urban and rural areas, to explore the impact mechanism, and put forward relevant countermeasures according to the specific situation in Anhui province.In this paper, the rural financial development impact mechanism of urban and rural residents income gap theory analysis.At first, we describes the theory of financial development, including the theory of agricultural credit subsidies, the rural financial market theory and imperfect competition theory, and then introduces the theory of urban-rural income gap, including dual economic structure theory and inverted U theory, and then discusses the influence mechanism of rural financial development on the urban-rural income gap.Threshold effect of financial development and poverty reduction effect,reflected in promoting ecomomic effect of weak areas,narrowing the income gap between urban and rural areas,and effectively promote the construction of a harmonious society.Secondly, describes the present situation of rural financial development in Anhui province and the present situation of the income of urban and rural residents in Anhui and through the establishment of Anhui province rural financial development indicators and the income gap between urban and rural areas, through the index, unit root test, cointegration test, Granger causality test and analysis the effect of rural financial development in Anhui Province on the income gap between urban and rural areas. By the empirical analysis of the results obtained, the efficiency of rural loan allocation in Anhui is conducive to the improvement of positive efforts to narrow the income gap between urban and rural residents in Anhui Province, and the rural financial development scale and structure of income gap between urban and rural areas are related, that is to say the expansion of rural financial scale, the expansion of rural financial structure widens the income gap between urban and rural residents. Finally, on the basis of the empirical analysis, and aiming at the existing problems of rural financial development in Anhui province and put forward the following suggestions:first, we need to guide and regulate the development of private finance, and fully mobilize and use of private funds; second, we should curb the outflow of funds, to actively increase the flow of capital investment; third, establish a diversified rural financial system and provide better financial services; at last, we need to establish a good ecological environment of rural finance and improve the efficiency of rural financial development.
