Research On The Coordinated Development Of The Overall Planning Of Rural Favorable Finance And Urban And Rural Economy In Anhui Province

Since the reform and opening up,the rural financial market in anhui province has formed a relatively complete financial system,which has improved the availability,usability and satisfaction of rural financial services.But,on the whole,universality in anhui province rural financial system is still at the stage of start-up idea,the low level,the geographical distribution of rural financial institutions is unreasonable,the rural financial capital supply,difficult to meet the needs of the broad masses of farmers.In terms of overall economic coordination between urban and rural areas,urban and rural areas in anhui province economy has been developing continuously,but the level of development,main performance in the low level of urbanization,obvious income difference between urban and rural areas,urban and rural consumption structure is unreasonable,unbalanced resource allocation between urban and rural areas,etc.Most of the current literature on the relationship between the pratt &whitney rural finance and economy in urban and rural areas as a whole research is limited to the analysis of the unilateral not from the point of view of the whole research collaborative interactive development relationship between them,therefore,this article will pratt &whitney rural finance and the evolution of urban and rural economy as a whole is in an interactive and cooperative systems,the research and discussion on the coordinated development relationship between the two,It has become a worthy research topic to provide theoretical basis and practical guidance for further promoting the policy formulation of the coordinated development of rural inclusive finance and urban and rural economy in Anhui Province.First of all,this paper makes clear the concepts and characteristics of rural inclusive finance and urban and rural economy,and makes it the theoretical basis of their coordinated development by applying the relevant financial theory and the relevant urban and rural integration theory.Secondly,taking Anhui province as the specific research area,this paper analyzes the present situation of the coordinated development of rural inclusive finance and urban and rural economy in Anhui province.Based on the fact that rural inclusive finance and urban and rural economic integration are both dynamic and complex systems,this paper analyzes the driving effect of rural inclusive finance on the overall economic coordination of urban and rural inclusive finance.Summarize the coordinated development mechanism of inclusive finance and urban and rural economy in Anhui province.Again,in order to carry out the empirical study on the integrated and coordinated development of rural inclusive finance and urban and rural economy in Anhui province,this paper constructs the complex system synergy model.By establishing the integrated index system of rural inclusive finance and urban and rural economy,CRITIC method and the synergistic model are used to study the degree of synergistic development between the two,and statistical data of Anhui province for 2006-2016 are used to carry out the empirical study.Empirical conclusion shows that in 2006-2016,the coordinated development of inclusive finance and urban and rural economy in Anhui province is still in the condition of no and low level of coordinated development,and only in 2014-2015,the development trend is moderate.The degree of coordination and synergy between rural inclusive finance and urban and rural economy fluctuates in the range of[-0.1,0.4],which is extremely unstable.Finally,For how to realize the coordinated development of rural inclusive finance and urban and rural economy in Anhui province,this paper puts forward some feasible suggestions from two aspects: improving the rural inclusive finance system and coordinating the urban and rural economic development.
