The Analysis Of The Influence Between The Industrial Organization Degree And Agriculture Technology Promotion

China is a developing country with the largest agricultural population around the world. A country's agriculture is mutually reinforcing with its economy and social stability. Agro-technical popularization can improve the proportion of agricultural science and technology achievements applied in agricultural production, which plays a significant role in promoting the agricultural development of China. According to Xinhua net, the quantity of agricultural science and technology achievements about 6000 items every year. However, it can be directly converted to show to product only about 2000 every year. Only accounts for about 30%, lesser about 50% than development countries. It is more and more important to enhance the efficiency the agricultural technology promotion to the development of agriculture in our country. Both are very important for our research issue in the development of agriculture. For the existing literature, the research between the agriculture technology promotion and industrial organization degree is few. And agricultural organizational production is an inevitable trend to cater to China's economic development. Therefore, it would be of great significance to realize China's agricultural modernization and increase farmers' income that study the level of industrial organization, coupled with the efficiency of agricultural technology extension in China.Based on the second most important tropical fruit industry, mango, as research object, the article studied the mango industry in Hainan with largest mango production in China through field research to explore the level of industrial organization about Hainan Mango and its influence and effects on the technology promotion efficiency. The degree of industrial organization level is mainly measured by indicators including the level of industrial organization promotion, the effectiveness of industrial organization promotion, and the sustainable development of industrial organization. The efficiency of technical promotion, however, is measured by the familiarity of farmers with related technology. Agricultural technology promotion efficiency refers to the existing conditions of agro-technical popularization and promotion of the status. In this paper, with the farmers for the usage of the new varieties, such as pest control technology alt, the evaluation of the new technology, the service personal services in a timely manner to measure this indicator. By constructing a combination of linear regression equation, the results showed that the level of industrial organization was positively correlated with the efficiency of agricultural technology promotion. That is to say, the stronger the industrial organization was, the more efficient the agro-technical promotion was, and vice versa. The coefficient was 0.783. Besides, when increased 1 unit of the degree of industrial organization, the promotion of agricultural technology efficiency would improve accordingly 0.138 units, which indicated the degree of influence.According to empirical analysis, the results of this research showed that the influence of the degree of industry organization on the effect of technology promotion is not the same as the results presented by the present literature. This research proposed several policies and recommendations as follows. First, strengthen the training of farmers. Second, improve the professional skills of farmers, Third, Expand the way of agro-technical promotion. Fourth, improve service coverage. Fifth, encourage leading enterprises to lead the demonstration. Sixth, establish and perfect benefit distribution system. Seventh, enhance oversight functions. Eighth, improve the system of exports. Ninth, improve the efficiency of agricultural extension.
