Agriculture technological advances and agricultural industrialization organizational change are both of great significance. First, the technological advances in agriculture and agricultural industry organizations research areas of literature review, and then based on Nelson and Winter’s evolutionary model of industri-al organization, use the basic assumptions of China’s agriculture, theoretical analysis the impact of technological advances in agriculture on the microstructure evolution of the agricultural industry. The results of the theoretical analysis is based on the empirical analysis, empirical analysis and theoretical analysis basically come to the same conclusions.According to the theoretical and empirical analysis, there are two conclusions drawn in this article. The first one is technological advances in agriculture to intensive agricultural industrial organization, professional evolution has played a positive role in promoting; Secondly, the effect of technological advances in agriculture are policy factors, especially the rural land transfer system, the household registration system and the financial system. On this basis, the feasibility of policy proposals, firstly increase financial input in the development of agricultural technology, accelerate the technological advances in agriculture; Secondly, to speed up the land transfer system to promote the utilization of large-scale land; Thirdly, improve the flow of surplus rural population system; fourth, to strengthen the rural financial system and support the evolution of industrial organization; fifth, agricultural industrial organization is not fully formed spontaneously from strengthened to guide the evolution of the agricultural industrial organization policy.
