The Relationship Between Corporate Social Responsibility And Financial Performance Based On The Structure Equation Model

In recent years, corporate social responsibility has been one of the hot questions, which have been paid close attention to both in the theory circle and the practice circle. Now our country is facing the problem of lacking for social responsibility, which has aroused the concern of the scholars on social responsibility.During the thirty years of the research on CSR and financial performance has been a hot issue. In China, there is a little research on the CSR of GEM. As the emerging small and medium-sized enterprises, GEM get much support on various aspects of social from all walks of life, it should repay society and fulfill its social responsibility. For these three reasons, this paper take the case of the listed companies on GEM and does some research with SEM. It can promote the GEM listed companies to fulfill their social responsibilities and fulfill the analysis which aspects of the social responsibility of the enterprise is more favorable.Firstly, this paper introduces the research background and significance of the social responsibility problem, analyzes and reviews the domestic and foreign scholars' research on this issue. Then I defined, corporate social responsibility is of shareholders, debtors, suppliers, consumers employees, government, public and other stakeholders' responsibility. Then we describe the main indicators of these two theories and explain the influence of stakeholders on corporate social responsibility and its mechanism. With the analysis of different impact of different stakeholders on the realization process of corporate social responsibility, we find internal logic between the stakeholders and corporate social responsibility.Finally, this paper makes an empirical design and empirical research, selected 261 GEM listed companies as the data sample. We establish the evaluation system of social responsibility and financial performance evaluation system based on the theory of stakeholders and value-added distribution. Then we put forward the hypothesis and use STATA11.0 to describe statistical analysis of sample data. We build a structural equation model that operates and modifies with AMOS21.0.At last, we proceed the hypothesis test and draw a conclusion and make some analysis, and puts forward relevant policy suggestions.
