The Asset Management Corporations have established 14 years since 1999.In the past 14 years, the four state-owned AMC had accomplished the mission of the Ministry of finance. They accepted and managed more than 1 trillion non-performing assets, retrieved money more than 2 hundred billions.The AMC has been considered as policy financial institutions at the beginning of establishment. However they don't maintain the policy functions but also have some market characteristics and function during the actual developments. The four AMC have taken business transformations after the political non-performing missions. Their business expanded to financial service areas or industrial areas such as banks \securities \insurances \trusts\funds etc.But the non-performing business will still be the core business now and in a certain period of time. As the non-performing asset business turned to commercial non-performing asset from policy non-performing asset during the business transformation, the research on identification and control of non-performing assets business will be more and more important accompanied with the extention of the scale and diversity.This paper objects at the non-performing asset business of HR Co.,LTD based on the theory of risk management. At first, it described the process of the non-performing asset business of HR Co.,LTD and maked risk identification use work-risk decomposition method. Second, on the base of risk identification, make risk assessment with fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method. At last it puts forward the countermeasures of risk control.
