Research On The Problem Of Re-employment Of College Students Village Official

Since 2008, the government to promote the college student village official plan, has been more than 220 thousand college students to work as village officials in rural posts.According to the college students village official policy, the college students village official post in most work only six years, therefore can guide the university student village official form the orderly flow, will directly affect the college student village official policy can operate well.This paper studies the problem of re-employment of college student village officials in Ruian, based on the theory of sociology, using the questionnaire survey and in-depth interview. This paper studies the basic situation of College student village official in Ruian, the cognition of re-employment situation, re-employment intention and understanding of the influence of village officials on the re employment. The re-employment stiuation of college student village officials, approach to re-employment, the satisfaction of the present job, suggestions or hope for the government to promote the re employment of College Students, the experience ofcollege student village official to the help for present work and other quentions. From two aspects carries on the contrast analysis, and analysis of the current student village groups and re-employment in most people apply for civil service, choose to stay on village cadres, to start their own businesses, entered enterprises accounted for were smaller than the status quo, then further analysis of the re-employment status of the reasons behind, mainly in five aspects: Have a deviation in the cognition of college students village officials, and the policy system is not perfect to encourage college students to stay in the village, the policy to support independent venture which is not perfect, the employment guidance service for the students village officials is not enough, the ability of college students village official is insufficient. Some solutions:help college students to change the concept of village cadres, improve the system of village cadres policy, improve the relevant policies to encourage students to start a business, strengthen employment guidance and service, help enhance practical ability to promote university students'successful employment.This paper puts forward the above suggestions, hoping that the government departments to solve the problems in the process of college student village official re-employment, and to expand the employment of college students.
