| Domestic entrepreneurial activity has developed rapidly in recent decades, which drives the development of Chinese economy, and also ease the employment pressure, maintaining social stability. As a special group of entrepreneurial activity, the university student village official is rural administrative leader, and also is the leader of the rural economy. Their entrepreneurial activity not only creates a good entrepreneurial atmosphere, increasing farmers’income, but also solves part of the farmers’ employment problem, and promotes rural economy. As a means to drive farmers to get richer, their entrepreneurial activity gets more and more attention. Because the college student village official is a feature of Chinese policy and appeared in recent years, there is a little relative research literature, which is only focused on status research, not on entrepreneurial intention research. Ideological dominate action, and there must be entrepreneurial intention first. Despite there are many successful college student village official entrepreneurial cases, the overall proportion of entrepreneurial students is small, and entrepreneurial intention of students is generally low. This paper mainly focuses on college student village official entrepreneurial intention and its influencing factors. Find the reasons of the low entrepreneurial intention, and give propose solutions. Therefore, the study has theoretical and practical significance.This paper is divided of six chapters:The first chapter is the introduction, describes the background, significance, method, the main content. Chapter Ⅱ is about domestic and foreign related review, including the status of related concepts, entrepreneurial intention and its influencing factors. ChapterⅢis about the status of college student village official entrepreneurial activity. Chapter Ⅳ designs the scale and put forward the proposed hypothesis. The fifth chapter is empirical analysis. The college student village official of Anhui Agricultural University is the survey. Divide entrepreneurial intention to 3 parts: entrepreneurial tend, entrepreneurship preparation and entrepreneurial attitudes, and then divided them into a number of small projects. Ask the survey choose proper score between 1 and 5. Use AHP to get total score of entrepreneurial intention. And use SPSS 19.0 software to do factor analysis for entrepreneurial ability, entrepreneurial environment. Get the main factor. Do correlation analysis between entrepreneurial intention and personal characteristics, entrepreneurial ability, entrepreneurial environment and of the main constituents after the factor analysis. The sixth chapter is the conclusion and suggestion.Get the conclusion:Male college student village official entrepreneurial intention is higher than women. The more entrepreneurial training college student village officials receive, the higher entrepreneurial intention they have. The higher entrepreneurial ability (such as the risk awareness, innovation) the college student village official has, the stronger entrepreneurial intention they have. The college student village official has stronger entrepreneurial intention in areas where the environment is good, such as financing environment, government support. Give the following recommendations:Government should make policies to support college student village official to do entrepreneurial activity:create a good financing environment; organize more entrepreneurial training to improve entrepreneurial capacity. And finally enhance entrepreneurial intention of college student village official, and lead farmers to become richer. |
