Theme park has 30 years history in China, it has experienced the stages of formation in the early stage, the prosperity stage and rapid development stage, has now entered 3.0 times which is need to pay more attention to experience, and it is facing some opportunities and challenges exist in the future. With the rapid rise of a large number of domestic theme park brand, consumer's choice in the theme park is also more, the competition of theme park industry continues to intensify. As the most influential in the northeast of theme park, theme park F facing competition is also increasing, In this case, formulate a set of effective marketing strategy is of vital significance for F theme park.The marketing strategy is the most important link for the theme park, this article from the marketing strategy to start, analysis the opportunities and threats of F theme park's marketing at present, its own strengths and weaknesses, then using the SWOT analysis method,,after that, the article has obtained the suitable marketing strategy of F theme park. Finally, in order to ensure the implementation of the strategy, the article gives the corresponding suggestions from the formation of strategic leadership, perfect marketing organization structure, training talents in the major of marketing and enhance corporate culture building,.In this article, there is five chapters. The first chapter is the introduction, mainly introduced the purpose of the article, significance and main methods of this article; the concept and characteristic of the second chapter introduced the theme park, marketing strategy and the theme park marketing strategy theory; the status of the third chapter introduced the current situation of F theme park And its external and internal environment and its advantages and disadvantages are analyzed; In the fourth chapter, the article obtained five marketing strategies of F theme park which is the most important; In the fifth chapter, the article mainly introduced F Theme Park's marketing strategy for the implementation of security.The conclusion of this article researched is not only useful to the marketing strategy of F Theme Park, which is in order to maintain at long-term competitive advantage and sustainable development to provide decision-making reference, but also very important to the theme park which is under construction or just built at home and abroad how to develop the marketing strategy, it also has referential meaning.
