Problem Diagnosis On Procurement Management For F Materials Company

This paper makes a study of the material purchasing management for F Materials Co., Ltd to give solution for a healthy and rapid development and provide reference and basis for the purchasing management to coal enterprises in the current depression condition.Based on the theory introduction of purchasing management, cost management, cost management of coal enterprises and coal materials management, this paper analyzes the purchasing model of procurement management, purchasing organization, purchasing plan management and processmanagement for the company with the approach of interview, observation and induction. Aiming at the subsistent problems, the paper designs a detailed proposal for procurement management in four aspects which are optimizing procurement model, controlling total cost; implementing the classification of materials, reducing the supply cost; designing procurement classification strategy, controlling variance cost; improving procurement management activities and reducing management cost. Finally, the paper puts forward the safeguard measures and suggestions for the implementation of materials management proposal for F Material Company in 3 aspects of the organization guarantees, strengthen enterprise culture construction and promoting the informationization.
