Model Study Of Development In Low-slope Hilly Resource Based On GIS Technology

The rational development and utilization of low-slope hilly region are closely related with economic development.Therefore,to establish the low-slope hilly land can guarantee the land resources exploitation,promote industrial transformation and provide opportunities for transformation of economic development patterns.In view of the special geographical environment in the area of DaBie mountain,it provides an important ecological security barrier for central China and the Yangtze river delta region.This paper cites Jinzhai county and SuSong county in DaBie mountain as an example,using ERDAS and GIS technology to obtain the properties of geology,geomorphology,soil conditions,regional locations,natural ecological and economic environment,to complete the reserve resources investigation in low-slope hilly land.Through the application of hierarchical analysis and Delphi method,preliminary suitability evaluation can be made about the comprehensive development way for exploitation and utilization of low-slope hilly reserve resources.This article's main research results are as follows:(1)The research shows that the total area of low-slope hilly land resources in Jinzhai county is 222887.88 hm~2,which accounted for 56.85% of the county's land area;while the total area for the development and utilization of low-slope hilly backup resources is 3002.27 hm~2,which accounted for 1.35% of the county's low slope hilly land resources.The total area of low-slope hilly land resources in SuSong county is 118133.64 hm~2,which accounted for 49.84% of the county's land area;while the total area for the development and utilization of low-slope hilly backup resources is 5936.27 hm~2,which accounted for 5.03% of the county's low-slope hilly land resources.(2)Applying suitability evaluation to investigate development way,we can establish development and utilization evaluation system of low-slope hilly backup resources in Jinzhai county and SuSong county with the target of comprehensive development and utilization.Using the analytic hierarchy process(ahp)to determine the index weight,we can conduct unit division by the method of superposed under ARC GIS software evaluation.And fuzzy mathematics method can be used to determine the membership score of each evaluation factor.Finally by combining with the comprehensive index evaluation model,comprehensive development evaluation can be made towards the study area.(3)Evaluation results show that the area for development and utilization of low-slope hilly land available in Jinzhai county's back-up resources is 1001.64 hm~2,637.75 hm~2,852.09 hm~2,467.00 hm~2 and 43.81 hm~2,suiting best for building,gardening,both building and gardening,forestry as well as unfavorable development,which respectively accounted for 33.36%,21.24%,28.38%,21.24% and 28.38% of the total reserve resources for the development and utilization of low-slope hilly land.And the evaluation results showed that the area for development and utilization of low-slope hilly land available in SuSong county's back-up resources is 532.56 hm~2,166.99 hm~2,1749.82 hm~2,3408.36 hm~2 and 78.54 hm~2,suiting best for building,gardening,both building and gardening,forestry as well as unfavorable development,which respectively accounted for 8.97%,2.81%,29.48%,57.42% and 1.32% of the total reserve resources for the development and utilization of low-slope hilly land.
