Study On Evaluation Of Ecological Suitability And Exploitation Of Low-slope Hilly Region Based On GIS

The Dabie mountain area is an important ecological security barrier area for the central of China and the Yangtze river delta region.Because of the specialty of geographical environment,the limitation of exploitable land resource,and the shortage of the Reserve Land resources.So the contradiction between supply and demand of land and arable land demand-supply contradiction is very outstanding.The low-slope hilly region land,as one of the important supplement to land,provides a feasible way to remitting the contradiction between the resources demand and land use.The rational development and utilization of low-slope hilly region land is tightly associated with the development of local economy.Ensuring abundant of land for development,at the condition of not destroying the ecological security barrier,it is absolutely protect the development of low-slope hilly region land,and comprehensively using the land patterns can promote the industrial transformation and provide a good chance to change the pattern of economic development.Based on the “Research of Development and comprehensive utilization of low-slope hilly region in Poverty Alleviation of Dabie mountain area(number: 2013-09-K)”,the Provincial exploration projects of Anhui in 2013,with SPOT5 images based high resolution remote sensing images,land use change survey in 2011,DEM digital elevation model,and the other achievements as the data source.Supported by ERDAS and GIS technology,finished this paper.The land reserve resources investigation in low-slope hilly region.Combined with the existing data to classify the new data.,and take advantage of hierarchical analysis method and Delphi method,to select direct or indirect factors from the classified data which is benefit for comprehensive exploitation and utilization as the foundation factors,and based on the principles of evaluation choose the index factor of the institute to establish index system.and give a preliminary evaluation to reserve resources of the exploitable low-slope hilly region appropriately for the purpose of comprehensive exploitation and utilization,the research results of this article main are as follows:(1)The study shows that Jinzhai low-slope hilly region land resources with a total area of 89480.28 hm2,accounts for 23.46% of the city's land area,the reserve resources of exploitable low-slope hilly region with 834.62 hm2,and accounts for 0.93% of the total low-slope hilly region.(2)Suitability evaluation studies by developing way,with the target of comprehensive development and utilization,establelishing the development and utilization of low-slope hilly region backup resources evaluation system in Jinzhai.using the analytichierarchy process(ahp)to determine the index weight,by the method of superposed under the ARCGIS software to divide the evaluation unit,the fuzzy mathematics method is used to determine the membership score each evaluation factor.finally combined with the comprehensive index evaluation model,the comprehensive development comment of the study area has been figured out.(3)The paper established a planning method to comprehensive development and utilization for Low hills gentle slope back-up resources evaluation research area.Evaluation results show that in the gentle slope to the development and utilization of low hills in jinzhai back-up resources,279.6 suit building,account for 33.50%,177.27 suit farming,account for 21.24%,236.87 suit gardening,account for 28.38%,129.78 suit forestry,account for 15.55% and unfavorable developing land11.1,account for 1.32%.
