Study On The Development Of Leisure Agriculture In Mengcheng County Of Anhui Province

Leisure agriculture is a new industry form having the synchronous development with society, economy and people's living standard. It uses rural production facilities, living environment, ecological resources, combined farming culture, modern science and technology, imagination and creativity to provide urban residents with agricultural tourism activities such as sightseeing, experience, leisure, entertainment and so on. It is a new industry form in combination of the first, second and third industry with village as the basis, leisure as the purpose, participation as the means and the urban citizens as the targeted customers, which is the close integration of tourism urbanization and the form of urban tourism. Moreover, the leisure agriculture has strategic significance for absorbing rural surplus labor force, eliminating the urban-rural dual structure, balancing regional development, promoting transformation and upgrade of economic structure.Mengcheng is rich in leisure agricultural resources, including natural landscape, cultural heritage, beautiful pastoral scenery as well as folk culture, which provide necessary condition for the development of leisure agriculture. However, the problem of small scale, few projects and single structure of this beginning industry is still obvious. Therefore, it is still of great importance to explore the healthy development of Mengcheng leisure agriculture.With the retrospect of the history of leisure agriculture development as well as the latest findings home and abroad, we tried to comprehensively explore the development of leisure agriculture in Mengcheng with SWOT analysis as well as competition/cooperation analysis in the context of three counties in Bozhou. And some macroscopic planning was proposed in accordance with the results of our analysis along with related theory.It helps to be free from the traditional pattern for analyzing and solving problems to make plans of leisure agriculture by the county administrative region, which has great practical significance for the development of leisure agriculture in Mengcheng. To ensure the smooth implementation and promotion of the planning, we put forward some detailed countermeasures respectively for the systematical mechanism, policy measures as well as talents system of leisure agriculture.
