The Planning Of Leisure Agriculture Garden Of Southern Mountains Of Hebei

With the acceleration of industrialization and urbanization in China, a newagricultural business model, leisure agriculture, flourished based on the agriculturalproduction and landscape resource conditions. As a business model, it can enhanceagricultural efficiency and increase the income of farmers.At present, developed countries in leisure agriculture have entered a mature stage.China has large number of leisure agricultural gardens. However, because of lacking in theexploring of relevant theories, blueprint planning and sustainable development, we havefaced with many problems in the process of leisure agriculture development, such asduplicate construction, lack of features, vicious competition, ecological destruction,mismanagement and others. So it is imperative to have a deep research on leisureagriculture systems is imperative.Taking Shuangfengshan of Xingtai country for example, by means of searchingliteratures and field surveys, using theories on economic industries, cultural tourism,ecological protection and landscape planning comprehensively. This paper makes aappropriate planning on Shuangfengshan leisure agriculture garden, which could provide areference for the planning of leisure agriculture garden of southern mountains of Hebei.The main conclusions of this dissertation are summarized as follows:1. Through searching relevant documents, the process of leisure agriculture wascompartmentalized into three stages, namely.①Initial stage: Sightseeing tours came intoagriculture, but only city residents went to the countryside to enjoy the natural scenery;②Development stage: Special tour functions gardens began to appear on the field,gradually it replaced ornamental landscape;③Extension stage: Modern participatorystyles replaced traditional static travel mode.2. By analyzing the course and current status of the leisure agriculture of developedcountries, the successful experiences were summed up as follows:①Deep studies ontheory of leisure and guides to rational consumption concept;②Government should offerproperly guides for leisure agriculture and make scientific planning;③Social forces is aimportant part in promoting the development of leisure agriculture;④Establishing andimproving laws and regulations to provide protection for the development of leisureagriculture. 3. Analysis shows that the leisure agriculture of southern mountains of Hebei facedwith many problems, such as, self-marketing, products similar, vicious competition and soon. There will be a larger room for leisure agriculture if the problems are being solved.4. The paper is based on Shuangfengshan Leisure Agriculture Garden of Xingtaicountry. SWOT analysis of the project area was done and the principles of sustainabledevelopment, was followed. Function of this project was orientated on production, life,ecology and science popularization.5. Planning structure of this garden was summarized as One Village, Five Districts,and Twenty Points. Detailed planning was focused on many unique natural landscapes inthe garden in order to make them to be beautiful artistic conception and fascinatinglandscape nodes.
