Research On The Influence Of Leisure Agriculture To Agricultural Economic Development

With the adjustment of rural industrial structure in China, the leisure agriculture as a new industry gradually has been developed. Leisure agriculture is,through the use of natural resources of agriculture and the rural human resources,integrating the advantages of the three major industries,a comprehensive industry.After several years'development, the effect of the leisure agriculture to the agricultural economy gradually highlights, then the leisure agriculture on the influence degree of the regional agricultural economy development becomes the research focus.On the basis of the agricultural multi-functions theory, industry association theory, development theory, the leisure economy theory, sustainable development theory and so on,The paper, taking Lu'an as an example, analyzes the present situation of the leisure agriculture and agricultural economic development in Lu'an city by using the normative analysis and empirical analysis methods,assisted quantitative analysis method.It also analyzes the existent problems in the development of the leisure agriculture and explains reasons.And the paper analyzes the function mechanism of leisure agriculture to agricultural economic development by using the gray relational analysis method.Then according to the actual situation in Lu'an City and research results, the paper puts forward a series of countermeasures and suggestions from the perspective of government and enterprises.Firstly, study on the function mechanism of the leisure agriculture and agriculture.ln theory, this paper illustrates the relationship of leisure agriculture and agriculture, and analyzes the mechanism of the leisure agriculture to agriculture from labor, capital, technology and other point of views.In the practice, this article has analyzed the function mechanism of the leisure agriculture to the agricultural economy, its main performance:increasing capital investment and optimizing the investment environment, promoting farmers' employment and enhancing the farmer employment rate, increasing the farmers'income and so on.Secondly,this paper analyzes the current situation of agricultural economic development in Lu'an city from the economic strength, industrialization and scale, industrial structure, infrastructure, villagers income etc.And according to the actual survey data, this paper analyzes the current situation of the leisure agriculture's development in Lu'an city.The author believes there are some problems of the development of leisure agriculture,such as the slow pace of development, small scale, scattered distribution, low grade, a single mode of financing, the short industry chain,serious damage to the ecological environment etc.Then the article analyzes the reasons:to lack the science plan and the guidance, to have not perfect the management and the surveillance system and the safeguard mechanism unreasonable the management pattern, The lower degree of the market, low participation of farmers and so on. Thirdly, the paper thinks the geographical location, policy, technology, labor and capital investment and leisure agriculture are the main factors affecting the development of agricultural economy development in Lu'an city.Then under the assumption that other conditions unchanged,the paper studies the influence of leisure agriculture to agricultural economic development by using the gray correlation analysis. The results shows:the leisure agriculture in a large extent promotes agricultural economic development, and the labor and capital investment strong effect on agriculture economic development.Finally, according to the existing problems of the leisure agriculture in Lu'an city,from government and enterprise perspective,the paper puts forward a series of countermeasures:strengthening the leadership, scientific layout, and vigorously promote, broadening the preferential benefits, optimizing the investment environment, formulating a unified norms and standards, improving the investment and financing system, cultivating leading enterprises, the constructing and improving Industry Association; seizing the opportunity, creating brand, enhancing market competitiveness, innovating management mode, accelerating industrial upgrading and technological innovation, increasing the labor and capital investment, to carry out widely cooperation and exploitation.Based on the leisure agriculture's research and study on the function mechanism of leisure agriculture to agricultural economic, to better promote the leisure agriculture and agricultural economic development,the paper provides policy basis and viable suggestion.
